How the money works
Two completely separate things.
Your subscription
£9/month per house, paid via Stripe. Covers all the sharing features. Cancel anytime — your house stays set up, you just lose multi-user access.
Stay payments
These happen directly between you and your family — bank transfer, Revolut, cash, whatever works. Lope & Lark tracks who owes what and who's paid, but never touches the money.

Is there a free trial?
You don't need one. The free tier lets you fully set up your house — photos, description, tiered costs, calendar, and to-do list. You only pay when you're ready to invite people.
What does £9/month get me?
Sharing. Invite family and friends, let them see the calendar and request dates, house guide, payment tracking. Everything that involves other people.
Are there any fees on stays?
No. Payments between you and your family happen directly — bank transfer, Revolut, cash. We track who owes what. We never touch the money.
What if I have two houses?
Each house is £9/month separately. You manage them all from one dashboard. No per-user fee — invite as many people as you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your house stays set up — you just lose the sharing features. Your data is never deleted unless you ask.
Do my family and friends need to pay?
No. Only the owner pays. Everyone else uses Lope & Lark free.
What payment methods do you accept?
The subscription is via Stripe — all major cards. Stay payments between you and your family happen off-platform, however you prefer.
Is there an annual discount?
Not yet. The current £9/month is our early-adopter rate and won't increase for existing customers.
